Return/Exchange policy
Exchanges Terms and Guidelines:
- Exchange requests are subject to product availability in the B2BD store credit and must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
- Due to having low stock we cannot gurentee we can accept any exchange requests as we may not have stock for your requested size/color.
- Sales items are final and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
If an item arrives damaged this will need to be reported within 3 days of delivery. When informing please include images of the damage and an attachment of the SKU on the polybag packaging your item arrived in. Once approved B2BD will replace it with the same size and color as the original order. If any damage is reported after the 3 day time period B2BD is not responsible. If no required images are provided B2BD is unable to fulfill your request.
Returns Terms and Guidelines:
- All returned items must have no wear and tear, stains, or other signs of excess usage.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service for your protection and prompt delivery. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- Please make sure that the returns form has been approved - We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address
All orders leave our facility within 48 business hours of purchase and are processed within 5 minutes of purchase to ensure speedy delivery.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
